Travel and Venue booking training workshops

The new Travel and Venue booking contracts are going live on 27 February 2019. The existing providers, CTM (Redfern) and Calder Conferences have been re-appointed. It is not quite a situation of everything being the same as there will be a new front-end portal, called DigiTS. Authorised bookers will need to create a DigiTS account and this will then provide access to CTM and Calder booking processes.

The project team consider the creation of a DigiTS account to be suitable for self-guided training and the self-guides will be sent out during the week commencing 18 February.
