This webinar is aimed at Legacy Mentors who want to improve the welcome and support newly qualified registrants receive when they join their organisation, and to help ensure more colleagues in early career stay and stay well in the NHS.

It is the final  in a series of four webinars aimed at helping to improve the knowledge, skills and behaviours of experienced practitioners supporting newly qualified registrants across a number of staff groups including but not limited to: allied health professionals (AHPs), anaesthesia and physician associates, medical and dental staff, midwives, registered nurses, nursing associates, pharmacists, psychological Professions and qualified healthcare scientists.
