A dynamic one day conference for practice managers, this event will be filled with practical ideas for managing workload in the practice, working at scale and growing your confidence to lead in times of change. There will be plenty of time to network with colleagues from all over the country and an excellent opportunity to learn new strategies. The conference is fully funded by the General Practice Forward View and is free to attend for all practice managers in England.
WORKSHOPS
Participants will have the opportunity to attend 2 workshops sessions in the morning and a further 2 sessions in the afternoon. Sign up will be available on the day on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please ensure you arrive early to register your interest.
