Join Dr Amar Shah, National Clinical Director for Improvement for an inspiring session on mastering the PDSA cycle to effectively test, learn and adapt for success. 

The PDSA cycle sounds simple, but it is often poorly applied – meaning that we’re not learning and adapting as rapidly or effectively as we might. This session will dive into the PDSA cycle and show you how to apply it really well.

It will be an interactive session, followed by a group discussion and is for anyone working in the NHS who wants to find out more.
