Join Dr Amar Shah, National Clinical Director for Improvement and Francesca Cleugh, Paediatric Emergency Medicine Consultant and Deputy Director Innovation and Improvement at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust to learn more about the impact of language in quality improvement.

It will be an interactive session, followed by a group discussion and is for anyone working in the NHS who wants to find out more.
