CALLING ALL BAND 5 AND 6 NURSES, MIDWIVES, AND AHPs FROM THE GLOBAL MAJORITY!
NHS England North East and Yorkshire are pleased to announce that we will be hosting Narrative Coaching training events for Global Majority staff across the region.
What is Narrative Coaching?
This is a one day programme which aims to help you find your voice and gives you the skills to tell your story in a way that encourages others to take action.
Why?
We each have stories of challenge, or we wouldn’t think the world needed changing. And we each have stories of hope, or we wouldn’t think we could change it. As you learn this skill, you will learn to tell a story about yourself (story of self), the community whom you are organising (story of us), and the action required to create change (story of now). You will learn to tell, to listen, and to coach others.
Who should attend the sessions?
Nurses, midwives, and AHPs from the global majority (including internationally educated staff) working in the NHS.
When?
We have two sessions available, this booking form is for:
Tuesday 18th March – AESSEAL New York Stadium, New York Way, Rotherham, S60 1FJ
*Please note, failure to attend without prior notice may result in a charge to your organisation.
*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON EVENT SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND BEFORE BOOKING*
