Elective Recovery- Direct Cardioversion Service (DCCV pitstop)

We are aware that many units have long delays with cardioversions as the volume of patients appears to be increasing but with increasing pressure on elective recovery, these patients can often be displaced for more urgent cases.  Patients whose cardioversions are delayed have a reduced success of establishing and maintaining sinus rhythm so improving the time from listing to procedure will have improved outcomes for these patients.

We are delighted to invite you to an engaging webinar introducing the DCCV pit stop concept, where Dr Robert Kong,  Consultant in Cardiac Anaesthesia & Intensive Care successfully managed 37 cardioversions in one day.
