Developing an Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion Plan for Primary Care: Patients (Virtual)

With support from Claire Fuller (Medical Director of Primary Care) and Navina Evans (Chief Workforce, Training and Education Officer), the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy team are looking to develop a bespoke EDI Improvement Plan for Primary Care.

Whilst our focus is on developing a workforce plan, this session (scheduled for 28 November at 1pm-3pm), has been organised specifically to invite patients from across the country to explore how this programme of work will impact patient care, and share ideas on what they would like to see from the Plan.  

The aim is to publish a final, co-designed EDI Improvement Plan for Primary Care in September 2025.
