BroadCare Mandatory Back To Basics Training for AACC Team at BSOL ICB

Mandatory Training for all members of the All Age Continuing Care (AACC) Team at NHS Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) ICB.

This training has been designed for all colleagues within the department, both clinical and non-clinical. You must attend one session as this is a requirement following the KPMG Audit report.

*Please note that you are asked to select only one of 3 available dates in 2024: either on 19 November PM, 5 December AM or 5 December PM.

Upon successfull registration via the NHS Events website, you will receive the diary invitation for your preferred training date a week in advance.*

The session will include back to basics training on the BroadCare system, focusing on the following:

• Logging in; to include reset password and user permissions
• Actions Dashboard
• Patient Demographics
• Contacts
• Events; to include adding events and the referral process
• Referral Dashboard
• Reporting; to include the report builder and scheduler
• Any Other Business/Questions

Additional information:

• PowerPoint slides and recordings of the sessions will be provided after the training is completed.
• Guidance documentation to support the sessions will be shared after the training is completed.
• If you have been provided with a laptop and access before the training then you are welcome to follow along to help with learning and navigation.
• Please have cameras on during the sessions.
