East of England: Community of Improvement Webinar

The Community of Improvement events hosted by the East of England Health Equity Team are an opportunity to bring together colleagues who work within, or have an interest in any of the components that make up Health Equity. 

The World health Organisation defines health equity as the absence of unfair, avoidable and remediable differences in health status among groups of people. Health equity is achieved when everyone can attain their full potential for health and wellbeing.

The East of England Population Health Equity approach involves the integration of four pillars of work ( Healthcare Inequalities, Prevention, Population Health Management and Social and Economic Development) with the overarching aim of improving population health outcomes and increasing health equity. Each community of improvement webinar will have a focus around one of the four pillars.
