Healthy Bank Resource: Launch Webinar

Join the Nursing Directorate's Workforce Team between 2:00-3:00pm on Wednesday 23^rd April 2025 for the launch of new guidance for developing a healthy nursing staff bank.

This webinar will offer participants:

• An overview of what represents a Nursing Healthy Bank 

• Showcase some of the bank approaches illustrated in the resource case studies 

• Highlight the current availability of temporary staffing data (Dashboard & Model Health System)

• Begin the discussion on the current challenges and support that may be required in a ‘Universal Support Offer’ to establish and maintain a Nursing Healthy Bank.
