Event Title: Energy Resilience Planning Workshop for NHS Providers and ICBs
Overview: This workshop is designed for NHS providers and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to collaboratively enhance their energy resilience planning. The event will focus on sharing reasonable worst-case scenarios (RWCS), planning strategies, and Business Continuity Consideration. It provides a unique opportunity for participants to learn from each other, share insights, and highlight key risks associated with energy resilience.
Target Audience:
- EPRR Leads
- Tactical or Operational Commanders
- Estates Colleagues
Participant Limit: 30 persons (maximum of 2 representatives per trust)
Objectives:
- Share Existing Planning: Present and discuss current energy resilience plans.
- Share Current RWCS: Discuss and evaluate reasonable worst-case scenarios.
- Share Best Practices: Exchange successful strategies and practices.
- Share Business Continuity Considerations: Discuss considerations for business continuity for energy disruptions.
