Community of Practice – Developing CDCs Breathlessness Pathways

Please join us for a CDC Community of Practice session for breathlessness pathways. This session is for teams already developing breathlessness pathways in their CDCS as well as those planning this as a future development, and the aim is to provide an opportunity to share your work and plans with each other.  Dr Martin Allen, National specialty adviser for physiological measurements, will be joining us to support any questions you have about your pathway developments.  We hope you’re able to join and help to establish a community of practice and learning for this work.
