Leading a Team - open discussion

NHS Bitesize sessions are for NHS professional communicators. Please register with your NHS email to receive a Teams invite on the morning of the sessions. If you register with a personal or corporate address you will not receive an invite. 

How it works: register with your NHS email address and you will receive a Teams invite by 10:00 on the morning of the sessions.  Note all sessions run from 13:00-14:00. 

This session will be led by Estelle Hook, Deputy Director of Corporate Communications at NHS England and Eilidh Murray, Director of Communications and Engagement at East and North Herts NHS Trust.

This session will mainly a discussion on the challenges of leading a team during considerable organisational change. A further short agenda will be added here in the coming months. 

Both Estelle and Eilidh are keen to share experiences and hear your experiences. Talking through possible ideas and perhaps solutions. This will be a Chatham House session with no recording.
