Carers Bi-Monthly Lunch and Learn Webinar- New Model of Triangle of Care: 22nd January 2025

You are invited to register for our Carers Bi-Monthly Lunch and Learn Webinar- New Model of Triangle of Care to be held on 22^nd January 2025, 1:30pm – 2:30pm.

Our online lunch and learn bi-monthly webinars aim to bring together carers and professionals from across the country in an informal atmosphere to collaborate, learn, and drive the identification and support for unpaid carers.

This session will be the New Model of Triangle of Care, work led by Debbie Hustings (Triangle of Care Programme Lead-

Carers Trust) and Donna Bradford (Head of Carer and Relative Experience- Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust). 

Debbie and Donna will be presenting and sharing the work from a provider perspective.

Note that registration opens at 5pm today and closes on Tuesday 21^st January at 5pm.
