NHS App update webinar – December 2024

You are invited to join the NHS England’s NHS App team for an update on the NHS App – on Tuesday 10th December 2024 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.   

Did you know that all GP surgeries are required to give patients in England online access to new information as it is added to their GP health record? This includes being able to view tests results a patient has had at their GP surgery and hospital test results that have been sent to the GP surgery. Join us in this webinar as we delve into test results in the NHS App, what has been delivered and what is in the pipeline.  

We have a team of dedicated user researchers who gather people’s feedback which goes on to support the ongoing development of the NHS App. In this session you will have the opportunity to hear about the research methods used, some of the key insights from recent studies and find out about what topics are going to be researched soon. You’ll also find out how you can participate in future studies and how you can encourage others to do the same.  

In this session, you will also receive an update on the NHS App 2024/25 roadmap and find out more on the upcoming national 'Tap the App' marketing campaign. 

The webinar will include a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered by the speakers.
