North Workforce Network - Workforce Planning in a VUCA environment

NORTH WORKFORCE NETWORK

This joint event is aimed at colleagues working in systems, Trusts and programmes in the North West and North East and Yorkshire Regions.

The theme of the session is Workforce Planning in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment and what it means for NHS operating plans / future plans.

The session will bring together the strategic drivers linked to Darzi, the Long Term Workforce Plan,  winter pressures, pending priorities from the spending review, financial reality, productivity, safe staffing and improvement guides with a focus on making sense of it all to support with the upcoming operational plans.  You will also hear from some of our ICB workforce transformation and planning leads about their own approaches to share learning.

The event will be held on MS teams - a joining link will be circulated closer to the time.
