This webinar is aimed at preceptors, supervisors and mentors who want to improve the welcome and support newly qualified registrants receive when they join their organisation, and to help ensure more colleagues in early career stay and stay well in the NHS.

This is the third in a series of four webinars aimed at helping to improve the knowledge, skills and behaviours of experienced practitioners supporting newly qualified registrants across a number of staff groups including but not limited to: allied health professionals (AHPs), anaesthesia and physician associates, medical and dental staff, midwives, registered nurses, nursing associates, pharmacists, psychological Professions and qualified healthcare scientists.

This webinar will focus on evidence-based interventions and strategies to help practitioners provide adequate support in easing the onboarding and transition experience of our newly qualified registrant colleagues. Please note that the term “newly qualified registrant” also includes internationally recruited health registrants.

This will be an opportunity to learn from experts in various registered professions and expand your skillset in a supportive and engaging environment
