Masterclass webinar: Using the New Quality and Improvement Analytics area in the Model Health System

The Model Health System now includes an area on New Quality and Improvement Analytics. 

During this webinar there will be demos on all three new areas developed which include: 

• Theatres, Surgery and Perioperative Care Quality Improvement Analytics  
• Outpatient Services Quality Improvement Analytics
• UEC Flow Quality Improvement Analytics

These areas have been created as part of NHS England's improvement work where NHS IMPACT colleagues have been working with colleagues from across the NHS to develop a series of Improvement Guides and supporting infrastructure - including analytics to support providers’ and ICBs’ local improvement journeys.

• Learn about the available metrics and how to use them
• How the metrics can support you with your priority areas
• What ongoing support is available to you and your teams

This webinar will also demo Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts which are used for many of the new Quality Improvement areas to track improvements. To find out more about SPC you can access resources and training through the Making Data Count programme.
