NEY: UEC Ambulance Handover Improvement Sprint: Learning set 1: Direct to SDEC

Following the introduction webinar on the 16^th October a series of learning sets have been established around each of the improvement themes.  The learning sets will support you deliver your own improvement plans that have agreed with your systems, by providing a clinical network to focus on the common issues and access support and advice from underlying drivers. 

The programmes will follow an improvement methodology, providing a flexible approach that complements your own internal approach to improvement.  To support this improvement surgeries will also be made available to support improvement leads within trusts and systems.
