Webinar to share the learning from two NHS England funded ICB projects
West Yorkshire ICB - Project around improving involvement toolkits to better engage with underserved communities
The recent Patient Experience Library report found that there have been a large number of involvement toolkits produced in recent years, but with very few focusing on underserved communities i.e. those encompassed by the Core20PLUS5. This project aimed to use the limited toolkits already produced for underserved groups, and use them to reach out to communities, quality assure and improve them; then share those resources with all partners within each of the participating ICBs, to support involvement, and in turn health inequalities work.
South Yorkshire Insights Bank – Co-designing a system-wide approach to insight capture
In the South Yorkshire ICB colleagues from involvement and data disciplines have come together and are working with system partners to co-design an insight bank for the whole of South Yorkshire. We’re not fully there yet, but we’re proud of the process so far and optimistic about the opportunities it will create to put qualitative insights on the same footing as quantitative data for the system in South Yorkshire.
