Using GIRFT’s SAMIT 75+ to improve frailty care

SAMIT 75+ is a new tab within the Summary Acute Medicine Indicator Table (SAMIT), offering national comparative data for frailty at site level.

This new tool shows site-level, up-to-date emergency medical pathway data specific to older and frail patients and has been added to the GIRFT suite of resources supporting urgent and emergency care (UEC).

Hosted by Dr Adrian Hopper, GIRFT clinical lead for geriatric medicine, this webinar will introduce the background, purpose and benefits of this tool.  We will hear a case study from a user’s perspective and there will be opportunity to ask questions.
