Please ensure you have completed Step 1: An introduction to Making Data Count before attending this session.

Having followed Steps 1 to 7, you understand SPC as an approach and the benefits that it brings. You also understand the purpose of narrative and know what good narrative looks like. In addition, you appreciate the value that triangulation brings.

What are the additional ingredients necessary to ensuring that data is at the heart of your decision making?
What do good and bad conversations look like?
How might you capture actions and ensure that there is a robust feedback loop?
How should issues be escalated from ward to board?

This step will strengthen your ability to make data driven decisions that result in insight led care.
